How long does my order take to ship?
Approximately 7-21 days depending on the size of the order. A smaller size print is usually quicker to process than large canvas.
Do you offer international shipping?
Only shipping within Canada currently.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging.
• You will need the receipt or proof of purchase email or order number.
To start a return, please contact me at audbunart@yahoo.ca. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
After review, I will provide you with the address to return the item.
• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. I will evaluate the issue and correct or replace.
• If packaging is damaged during shipping, please photograph the box prior to opening it. If your print is damaged upon arrival, please send me a photo of the packaging and the print within 7 days of delivery so I can discuss a solution. Damaged refunds and returns will not be considered after 7 days of receiving the print.
• Customer Damage: Your print is delicate and should be handled with care. If it is an unframed art print, it should be opened only by your chosen professional framer for immediate framing. Not be responsible for any damage caused by mishandling.

The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your returned artwork, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
